Alliances
The Alabama Municipal Electric Authority has over the years made strategic use of partnerships and alliances. We currently support and are members of the American Public Power Association (APPA), Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA), the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association (TVPPA), the Southeastern Federal Power Customers, Inc. (SeFPC), the Southeastern Alliance, the South Alabama Public Power Association (SAPPA), the Alabama Consumer-Owned Power Distributors Association (ACOPDA), and the Transmission Access Policy Study Group (TAPS).
Our relationship with each of these organizations has been one of mutual benefit – we contribute and we receive value.
