What are core values?

ü     A few timeless guiding principles for individual and organizational behavior.

ü     Things you believe in so strongly that you would hold onto them even if they became a competitive disadvantage or subjected you to personal hardship.

There is no “right” or “wrong” set of core values.

Core values are not the same as operating practices, strategies, etc.
